The process
Four steps, drawn in order

Intro call
You talk, I listen. You tell me the vision; I tell you honestly whether I’m the right person to build it.

Blueprint
A working session, then a written build plan within a week — what to build, the stack, the cost, and what you bring.

Decision call
We walk the plan together, adjust what needs adjusting, and fix the scope and the price.

Build
I build, you watch it happen. It takes as long as the plan says it takes.
Usually 2–6 weeks from call to kickoff — good decisions take time.
What I’m not
- Not a traditional software development shop. If your project needs classic software engineering, I’ll say so and point you to people I trust — and I can build alongside them.
- AI-first, end to end. No WordPress, no legacy stacks, no patching what should be replaced.
- No social-media content management. Your team gets templates and best practices; creating and posting stays with you.
- No manual-only work. AI carries the tedious parts of every job I take; people carry the judgment.

A launch site for the book "Od kandidature do zmage". I designed the front end with Claude Code, working from the client's own materials, and hosted it on Cloudflare. The site had one job — give the book credibility and route buyers to the publisher — and the client, selling through her own channels, was happy with how it turned out.

I built this brick-and-mortar business site the way sites were built before AI: WordPress, Divi, and an external designer's custom visuals, all assembled by hand. It is still online, and it shows I know that world from the inside. It is also the reason I left it — a build like this costs multiples of what the same site takes on my current stack.
